OUR PROGRAM

SESSION 1 - Build high performing teams with authenticity, trust and respect

  • Develop a profile of each team member and identify their strengths, blockers, known skills and potential talents.
  • Set coaching goals for each team member and how you will accelerate their opportunities for development, growth and expansion.
  • Outline the ‘role’ each person plays in the team, and how you can cultivate this for both their personal development and aligning your team.
  • Lead informal stand-ups where team members share work in progress, blockers and wins – and use this opportunity to commend positives behaviours and celebrate wins.

SESSION 2 - Create a schedule that focuses on high value work and reduces the noise

  • Review your current schedule and identify where you need to step out, delegate, reduce, or combine – to save time and reduce the noise.
  • Create a new weekly schedule that focuses on high value work.
  • Design a simple morning routine that cultivates a calm nervous system, connection to your intuition, and alignment to your goals.
  • Identify where you need healthy boundaries to support your needs, both at work and in your personal life – and what limiting beliefs may be keeping you stuck.

SESSION 3 - Drive effective decision making and a culture of continuous improvement

  • Discover the framework of consultation for making effective decisions, and discover how to use this approach for deep dive discussions and aligned decision making.
  • Differentiate when you need to engage your team, versus informing your team of your decisions, to avoid getting stuck in always needing consesus for your decisions.
  • Develop skills to facilitate regular retrospectives in your team, so everyone can honestly share what is going well, what isn’t going well, and where we can improve.
  • Build leadership capability by inviting people to self nominate and lead initiatives for change and growth – and step out of the details.

SESSION 4 - Increase efficiencies for how work is prioritised and delivered by your team

  • Outline the current process for how work is prioritised, drafted, reviewed, completed, approved and delivered by your team.
  • Idenfity the biggest bottlenecks in your workflows and single point sensitivities in your team, and develop new processes that increase efficiency and output business value.
  • Review the biggest bottlenecks in your workflow and create a new model for how work comes into the team, is prioritised, delegated, review, approved and then given to your customer.

SESSION 5 - Accelerate positive change by influencing stakeholders in your network

  • Discover techniques on how to positively influence using behavioural psychology.
  • Map out your network of potential and current allies and how you can build and expand these relationships.
  • Outline the influencers in your network and which areas, teams, stakeholders or capabilities they drive and champion.
  • Develop a strategy and plan for how to build your support network through informal connections, in person catch ups, celebrating their wins in public communications, and sharing positive feedback to their senior managers.

SESSION 6 - Showcase your value to the business and your customers

  • Articulate who your customers are – both internally and externally, what their needs are and how you currently support them.
  • Develop a strategy to strengthen relationships and feedback loops between your team members who deliver products and services, and your customers who consume your services or products.
  • Decide on how you will obtain feedback from your current customers, the questions you will ask, the data you will collect, and how you will measure this regularly over time.
  • Set goals for each customer group on where you want to improve the value and service you provide, both as a leader and as a team.
  • Create a habit and process for how you will share feedback from customers – both positive and constructive – on a regular basis with your team, both to celebrate your wins and to focus on opportunities for improvement.

Can I use this program as part of my training development at work?

Yes! We encourage you to use this Leaders Coaching program for your personal development and training allocation at work. Speak to your leader and share with them the information here. If you have any questions, simply reach out to us.

What is the duration of each coaching session?

Each individual Leadership Coaching session runs for 90 minutes. We use Microsoft Teams to run our video meeting, and Miro as an interactive online whiteboard.

How long is the entire program?

The total program runs over 3 months. You will book a session every 2 weeks on a day that suites you. We encourage you to keep the rhythm to maintain momentum in your transformation journey.

How do I book my sessions?

After you register for our program, you will receive a link to book your sessions. This will open a calendar that will show all available days and times. You can book multiple sessions as well.

Can I reschedule a session?

We understand things happen at the last minute. You can reschedule a session online via our booking system, with at least 48 hours notice, free of charge. Any changes within 48 hours of your session will incur a fee. We appreciate your understanding.

Do I have homework before each session?

Yes! You will have 1 – 2 hours of preparation, reflection and actions to complete before each session. When you commit to your transformation journey, you will gain the most value from this experience.
