Our workshops

Boundaries are a form of self care

Most of us grew up without learning about boundaries, and many of us have been conditioned to be people pleasers and make others happy – even at the expense of our own needs.

Many situations can easily be resolved when we identify what our boundaries are, and communicate them to others.

  • Boundaries are a form of self care
  • Boundaries enable us to communicate and maintain our core needs
  • Boundaries support healthy relationships at home, school, work and in our social lives.

We teach young people how to identify, communicate and maintain their boundaries, so they can have happy, healthy and respectful relationship with others.
