We prepare young people for the world – so they can change it and make it better

We deliver live workshops to educate young people with the knowledge, skills and tools on how to live in a way that honours their needs, upholds their boundaries, and nurtures healthy and supportive relationships.
We are here to co-create with schools and organisations and offer this program to the next generation of Australians.
Let’s talk about how we can collaborate together.

Boundaries are a form of self care
Most of us grew up without learning about boundaries, and many of us have been conditioned to be people pleasers and make others happy – even at the expense of our own needs.
Many situations can easily be resolved when we identify what our boundaries are, and communicate them to others.
- Boundaries are a form of self care
- Boundaries enable us to communicate and maintain our core needs
- Boundaries support healthy relationships at home, school, work and in our social lives.
We teach young people how to identify, communicate and maintain their boundaries, so they can have happy, healthy and respectful relationship with others.
